To call people that are within the agency, dial their extension and pick up the phone. I have attached the agency phone list to this entry, it has the extension of all employees


To call people that are not within the agency, press "9" before dialing the number you want to reach.


To access your voicemail, press the "Messages" button. Your voicemail password is typically "123456," "1234," or your extension twice (My extension is 652) "652652."

From your voicemail you can record your greeting, check voicemail, and change your password.
